I'm recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a beautiful historic hotel with a strong weddings and events operation. Working alongside the Head Chef, youll help deliver high-quality food for weddings, banquets and private functions while maintaining consistency and standards.
This role suits a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous with experience in events or banqueting, who enjoys structured, high-volume service in a hotel environment.
Live-in accommodation available.
Competitive salary depending on experience.
