Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the kitchen team to uphold our high standards of culinary excellence. Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus that delight our guests. Ensure efficient kitchen operations by maintaining impeccable organisational skills. Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement within the kitchen. Uphold a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance at all times. Contribute to the training and development of kitchen staff, nurturing talent within the team. Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and creativity in the kitchen environment. What You Need: Previous experience in a similar culinary role, demonstrating your ability to excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent organisational and communication skills, essential for seamless kitchen operations.
