A well-established, high-volume hospitality operation set within one of the Isle of Wights most stunning coastal locations is seeking a confident and experienced Sous Chef to support the day-to-day leadership of a large, fast-paced kitchen.
This is a hands-on role for a Sous Chef who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and is passionate about delivering high-quality fresh food at scale. Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, you will help drive standards, develop the team, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience throughout a busy seasonal trade.
