Excellent Sous Chef opportunity with busy Hotel
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Hotel in the Reading area for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food for the restaurant along with wedings and parties. You will be a talented Sous Chef looking to work with quality ingredients in a busy kitchen. The role is 45 hours per week with mainly straight shifts. Live in can be provided if needed.

The Role
Reporting to the Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Preparing meals for beakfats, lunch and dinner service.
Serving Modern British Menu using all fresh ingredients
Strong Management skills
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
Have experience of working in a hotel using fresh ingredients.
Ambitious and career orientated
