The Opportunity We have an exciting role as a Store Manager to join our Byredo Seven Dials store team on temporary contract till the 30th September 2026. The working schedule is based on a full‑time schedule working 5 days per week (37.5hrs), Monday – Sunday inclusive. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the store, staff, merchandise and customer service, achieving sales objectives and maintaining the highest operational and merchandising standards and building highly motivated teams and coach and developing them. This role involves driving profit and sales by setting and achieving sales goals, analysing data to inform business strategies, and motivating the team. It emphasizes exceptional customer service, managing client databases, resolving issues, and organising events. Operational duties include staffing, risk management, training, and inventory control. The role also requires implementing merchandising strategies, ensuring the store's visual appeal, and collaborating with various teams for optimal product assortment.
