The working schedule is based on full time schedule working 5 days per week (37.5hrs), Monday – Sunday inclusive. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the store, staff, merchandise and customer service, achieving sales objectives and maintaining the highest operational and merchandizing standards and building highly motivated teams and coach and developing them.This role involves driving profit and sales by setting and achieving sales goals, analysing data to inform business strategies, and motivating the team. It emphasizes exceptional customer service, managing client databases, resolving issues, and organizing events. Operational duties include staffing, risk management, training, and inventory control. The role also requires implementing merchandising strategies, ensuring the store's visual appeal, and collaborating with various teams for optimal product assortment.
