The Role: Lead the day to day running of the store as Store Manager Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance Take full ownership of store operations, standards and results Deliver an exceptional customer experience within a sports retail environment Recruit, train and develop your retail team Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock and store presentation
