We are recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a busy store within a growing sports retail brand in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step into their first Store Manager role.

As a Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store, lead from the front and drive both team performance and customer experience.

The Role:

Lead the day to day running of the store as Store Manager Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance Take full ownership of store operations, standards and results Deliver an exceptional customer experience within a sports retail environment Recruit, train and develop your retail team Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock and store presentation

About You:
