Position Strategic Client Relationship Manager Overview Fleet management and international mobility provider looking for a proven Account Manager to work with a portfolio of key customers on fleet/vehicle strategy. Working with fleet sizes 100-1000+. Purpose The Strategic Client Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing long-term, high value customer relationships. This role focuses on retention, growth, and strategic partnerships by deeply understanding customer needs, aligning solutions to business objectives, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. The Strategic Client Relationship Manager acts as a trusted advisor, internal advocate for the customer and key driver of sustainable revenue growth.
