Revenue Strategy Manager

Location: London (3 days a week onsite)

Salary: £45,000–£55,000


We are currently partnering with a transport organisation that is seeking a strategic Revenue Manager to help drive the commercial strategy and maximise revenue across the organisation.


This is a high‑impact role within a national organisation, focusing on identifying, shaping and delivering new revenue opportunities across stations, lounges, onboard environments and wider customer touchpoints.

What You’ll Deliver

  • Identify, analyse and implement new revenue opportunities across the organisation
  • Develop pricing and usage strategies
  • Build commercial propositions for wider strategies
  • Translate insight and data into clear business cases for senior decision‑makers
  • Present proposals confidently and handle challenge with credibility
  • Manage a pipeline of tests and initiatives, focusing on high‑value opportunities



What We’re Looking For


  • Strong commercial awareness and revenue focus
  • Numerate and comfortable with data and insight (interpret analysis, build business cases)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with senior leaders
  • Clear, articulate communication and presentation skills; strong storytelling with numbers
  • Diplomacy and conflict management: able to challenge and say no without damaging relationships
  • Strong prioritisation and project management skills across multiple initiatives
  • Customer‑centric mindset, balancing revenue with customer experience
  • Experience in commercial roles within B2C sectors (e.g., rail, transport, airlines/aviation, travel, hospitality, retail)
