Understanding business process, some internal training and ideally experience of working with SYSPRO ERP.Responsibilities:Provide remote and telephone support to customersProduct testing on new and existing productsProvide internal trainingBuild and share knowledge on new features of softwareTo give advice and support teams with any project issues so they can be resolvedStrong understanding of business processes, logisticsWork alongside the Support Desk Manager to help ensure opportunities are grown and customer expectations metSkills:Experience of SYSPRO ERPPrevious experience of ERP support/Help DeskFull understanding of product testing, test documentation and test plansStrong organisational skillsExperienced at supporting end users/customersIf you have what it takes to join this highly dynamic team and constantly evolving organisation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
