Pay: £13.10 £16.00 per hour (depending on role, experience, and shift type)

Hours: Full-time & Part-time available (Days, Nights, Weekends)

Overview Support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in supported living environments.

Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and well-being.

Make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of service users.

Responsibilities Provide tailored support based on individual care plans.

Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Encourage independence and support individuals to achieve personal goals.

Support access to community activities and appointments.

Follow safeguarding procedures and risk assessments at all times.

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team.

Requirements Previous care or support experience desirable but not essential.

Genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Willingness to complete all required training and compliance checks.
