TSA Surveying is partnering with a respected building consultancy that is looking to appoint a permanent Survey Team Manager to support their continued growth within the housing sector.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of stock condition surveys
• Onboard new surveyors, including arranging induction, shadowing and training days
• Provide software training and ongoing performance management
• Lead, support and mentor a team of surveyors to ensure quality and productivity
• Travel across Manchester, Leeds and Stoke as required

What Were Looking For

• Experienced Stock Condition Surveyor (ideally 2+ years)
• Strong background within the housing sector
• Previous team-leading or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
