Survey Team Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of stock condition surveys
- Onboard new surveyors, including arranging induction, shadowing and training days
- Provide software training and ongoing performance management
- Lead, support and mentor a team of surveyors to ensure quality and productivity
- Travel across Manchester, Leeds and Stoke as required
- Experienced Stock Condition Surveyor (ideally 2+ years)
- Strong background within the housing sector
- Previous team-leading or supervisory experience
- Excellent xbpsjku communication and organisational skills
- Permanent position with a growing housing consultancy
