What Youll Do Sushi Service: Prepare and serve high-quality sushi that meets our authentic yet modern standards. Fish Preparation: Perform fish handling and preparation to exacting standards, ensuring the highest quality. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain impeccable hygiene and kitchen safety protocols at all times. About You Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef. Technical Skill: Proven expertise in authentic Japanese sushi techniques and fish handling. Professionalism: Calm, disciplined, and able to work effectively within a high-performance team. Hospitality: A deep commitment to "Omotenashi" (Japanese hospitality) and guest satisfaction. Nice to Have: Experience or a background in Asian/Japanese fine dining.
