You will work alongside Head Chef Tanahashi, a master who uniquely blends French precision with traditional Washoku. As a veteran of the London scene who collaborated with the founders of Zuma and Roka and led three major restaurant openings,he offers a rare chance to learn the true philosophy of Washoku in a high-discipline environment. What Youll Do

Sushi Service: Prepare and serve high-quality sushi that meets our authentic yet modern standards. Fish Preparation: Perform fish handling and preparation to exacting standards, ensuring the highest quality. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain impeccable hygiene and kitchen safety protocols at all times. Guest Engagement: Deliver a warm, professional, and refined experience for guests at the sushi counter, bridging the gap between the kitchen and the diner.

About You

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef. Technical Skill: Proven expertise in authentic Japanese sushi techniques and fish handling. Professionalism: Calm, disciplined, and able to work effectively within a high-performance team. Hospitality: A deep commitment to "Omotenashi" (Japanese hospitality) and guest satisfaction. Nice to Have: Experience or a background in Asian/Japanese fine dining.
