Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner (12 Month FTC – Maternity Cover)

Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: Circa £65,000–£70,000

My client, a high growth technology business, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is important in maintaining the very high hiring bar the organisation has established, ensuring that teams continue to bring in exceptional talent while the business continues to scale.

Working closely with hiring leaders across the organisation, the successful individual will support hiring across a mix of technical and corporate functions. While there will be some focus on product, data and engineering roles, the remit is broader and requires someone comfortable operating as a generalist talent partner in a fast moving, scale up environment. The role requires a hands on approach, strong stakeholder engagement and a focus on delivering thoughtful, high quality hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across technical and business teams to deliver high quality hiring outcomes

• Manage the end to end Talent Acquisition process, from briefing through to offer stage

• Source and engage strong candidates across a range of functions, including technical and generalist roles

• Leverage modern sourcing strategies and AI enabled tools to support efficient hiring processes

• Provide market insight and guidance to hiring managers on candidate landscape and hiring strategy

• Ensure a strong and professional candidate experience throughout the process

• Support broader EVP and employer branding initiatives as the organisation continues to strengthen its talent brand

Candidate profile

• Proven experience working in Talent Acquisition within a fast paced organisation

• Experience hiring across a mix of technical and business roles

• Comfortable operating in a scale up or high growth environment where pace and adaptability are important

• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring leaders

• Familiarity with modern sourcing approaches and ideally AI enabled recruitment tools

• A pragmatic, grounded and collaborative approach to Talent Acquisition

This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business and partnering with leaders to deliver thoughtful, high quality hiring in a growing technology organisation. It offers the opportunity to join a strong team and contribute to a business that maintains a genuinely high bar for talent.
