Talent Acquisition Manager – Financial Services (Front Office & Corporate Functions)


Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record in front‑office hiring across financial services? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment activity across core banking and investment business areas, including Capital Markets, Private Equity, and broader Corporate Functions.


In this role, you will develop and execute high‑impact hiring strategies, partner closely with senior leaders, and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation. You will drive direct sourcing, engage passive talent pipelines, and manage high‑touch, end‑to‑end hiring processes for senior and niche roles.


You will also work closely with People teams, internal communications, and employee focus groups, you will help shape the firm’s talent narrative and bring a new EVP to market.

This is a highly visible, strategic role where you will influence people strategy, provide market intelligence, and manage key DEI partnerships, including leading external diversity recruitment relationships with specialist organisations. You will also lead talent programmes such as Women in Banking & Finance and other forward thinking networking events.


Success in this role means maintaining exceptional direct‑sourcing performance, reducing time‑to‑offer, crafting complex compensation packages in partnership with Reward, and designing data‑driven MI that informs decision‑making across senior leadership.
