✔ Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Support Centre roles (from Marketing, Merchandising to Finance & Tech) – 70% of your time ✔ Shape how we attract and select talent for both Support Centres and Retail, ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience ✔ Lead our Employer Branding strategy and initiatives across Sephora UK ✔ Manage a strong, thriving team and empower them to deliver even greater impact, fostering growth and collaboration
