We are looking for a Talent Acqusition Partner to join our global team and help us attract and hire the best talent. You will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. You will also collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide them with a smooth and positive hiring experience.

How we work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location.The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
The impact you will have:
Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to define the talent acquisition strategy and hiring criteria for various roles
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, events, etc.
Screen and assess candidates for fit, skills, and motivation using behavioural and competency-based interviews.
Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate and facilitate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders
Provide feedback and guidance to candidates and hiring managers on the hiring decision and offer process
Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Track and report on key recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and the Payments industry
What we’re looking for:
At least 3 years of proven experience in Recruitment / talent acquisition
Experience hiring across different verticals, particular within Product and Tech
Known network within the Product and Tech space
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Experience in conducting behavioural and competency-based interviews and assessments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
High attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Passion for finding and hiring the best talent
