Our vision is to create a collaborative and diverse workplace culture whereby Hiscox is recognised as the best place to grow your career in HR and/or the insurance industry The Role of a Talent Acquisition Partner This is a Lead role that will balance inputting and developing TA strategies for a defined area/client group, alongside ensuring that the overall recruitment strategy runs smoothly and delivers quality outcomes for the business. You will translate business requirements into talent plans and tangible outcomes and then operationalise and deliver them. You will be acting as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, enhancing their experience and the advice they receive, through the utilisation of the RPO resources. You will partner senior business and HR leaders and help build a robust talent pipeline. You will appropriately source key capabilities and skill areas via internal and external talent pools at the appropriate price and manage the service as per agreed SLAs. You will be using People and Talent analytics to track key talent metrics and provide insights for decision-making and to influence senior leaders on their thinking and recommend adjustments to strategies already in flight. You will be a DEI champion, ensuring diversity and inclusion initiatives for your client area are in place, working with cross-functional teams to create strong diverse succession slates, and develop metrics to track and measure progress. Being part of a global TA team, you will also take the leading and/or be supporting critical global TA initiatives, to enhance quality of hires, consistency, efficiency, cost and great candidate/ hiring manager experiences. These Initiatives Could Be

reviewing/adopting/implementing new technology systems, i.e. CRM/talent pooling, and/or driving technology change programmes such as Applicant Tracking System/Workday upgrades or RPO tec integrations, partnering closely with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition, via communications, engagement, training and high adoption from all Hiscox BUs/Functions identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, gathering input from colleagues and stakeholders, inspecting data and building the case for change to drive tangible service improvements that enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency continuously reviewing and improving the internal and external interview processes, which includes evaluating and refining interview structures, technical assessment stages, hiring manager effectiveness, ensuring a measurable increase in the quality of internal and external hires, consistency, efficiency, cost and great candidate and hiring manager experiences enhancing our Employer Value Proposition by working cross-functionally with Communications, Marketing, Branding, Leadership, and People Teams

Key Stakeholders This role forms part of the global TA organisation, and the wider Careers and Experience CoE. It reports directly to the Global Head of Talent and it is aligned to a particular client area, that is supported by the respective Business and People-related structures. As a result, you will be working closely with Country Leads, Functional Directors, Business Managers and the People Director for the respective client area and their teams Additionally, you will be partnering with the Global HR Team, HR Operations & Specialist Functions. About You You bring proven experience of working in a similar role providing operational hiring support within reinsurance and London Market space. You will be pro-active with a desire to question the “norm” that will allow you to drive best practices and optimal use of resources available to you. An expert in your specialism with proven experience in similar role you will balance strategic thinking with operational need to deliver. You will have strong project and change management knowledge and will need to be able to build impactful partnerships, cross-functional, cross geography at all levels within the Hiscox.
