We’re looking for a highly organised and personable Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-established professional services business, based either in the North East of England or London.

As the company continues its steady growth, they’re expanding their Talent Acquisition team, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of that journey. In this role, you’ll support and advise stakeholders across the business, helping to shape their talent strategy.

Package:

• 12 month fixed-term contract (with the potential of the role becoming permanent)
• £37,000 - £43,000 per annum (£50,000 - £55,000 if London based)
• 10% annual bonus

• Hybrid working arrangement, great flexibility (number of office days per month depends on location)

The role:

• End-to-end recruitment across a wide variety of roles, with administrative support from TA Coordinators
• Proactively sourcing candidates via adverts, headhunting, referrals, etc.
• Conducting screening calls and sometimes first-stage interviews
• Partnering with stakeholders to shape role profiles and run full recruitment processes
• Providing advice, insights, and feedback at each stage
• Keeping up with job market and industry trends
• Maintaining accurate records in the ATS and other systems
• Working closely with the wider TA and HR teams

About you:

• Ideally, you’ll have experience in a professional or financial services environment (though this isn’t essential)
• A strong background in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of stakeholder partnering
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• A great team player who’s also comfortable working independently
