Filton or Broughton (minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Contract Term: 6 or 12 months | £37 per hour (Inside IR35)

About the Role:

Our client, a global leader in aerospace, defence, and aviation manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle-partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and assessing candidates, and ensuring the attraction of top talent to support high-profile programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and workforce planning
• Source, attract, and engage with high-quality candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer management
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
• Champion diversity and inclusion throughout recruitment processes

Required Skills:

• Proven track record in recruitment, with emphasis on experience over qualifications
• Strong background in aviation, manufacturing, or defence industries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
