What You Will Be Doing

  • Proactively source candidates across multiple hiring streams in EMEA & APAC
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct detailed market mapping across priority skill areas
  • Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements before submission to hiring managers and TA Partners
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to support end-to-end recruitment delivery
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and social media channels
  • Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and HRIS
  • Support recruitment reporting and market intelligence gathering
  • Assist with recruitment projects, hiring campaigns and employer branding initiatives as needed
  • Participate in wider TA initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or talent sourcing role (in-house or agency)
  • Experience within Engineering, Construction, Real Estate or Data Center markets would be an advantage but is not essential
  • French speaking skills would be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using ATS systems
  • Proactive, resilient and highly motivated with a strong delivery focus
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional discretion when handling confidential information
  • A collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and develop within talent acquisition
