Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing hiring needs across Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT domains. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment, understands technical hiring, and is confident in delivering high-quality talent pipelines.
You will work closely with the founder to understand hiring needs, attract the right candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal person is easy to communicate with, a strong listener, and brings a "go-getter" attitude to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT roles.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates with detailed assessments.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage candidate communication professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Track recruitment activities, provide weekly updates, and maintain structured hiring data.
- Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Proven experience hiring for Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or IT roles.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and ability to engage with niche talent.
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
- A good listener with the ability to understand business needs clearly.
- “Go-getter” mindset with strong self-motivation and ownership.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders easily.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Long-term commitment — looking to grow alongside the organisation.
Preferred Attributes
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and consistent follow-through.
- Passion for recruitment and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
What We Offer
- Long-term engagement with opportunities to grow.
- Flexible working environment (remote-friendly).
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
- Supportive and collaborative working relationship.
- Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact technical roles.
Commitment: Long-term | Full-time
