Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans
Sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
Providing market insights and salary benchmarking advice
Ensuring candidates receive a positive and professional recruitment experience
