Academics are currently supporting a large school in Thanet in appointing a suitably qualified Teacher of Design and Technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a progressive Design and Technology department and create outstanding learning opportunities. The successful applicant will be required to teach a range of Design Technology subjects to KS3 and KS4. There is the possibility to teach KS5 for suitable applicants.
Requirements
To be considered for the Teacher of Design Technology position, you will:
Have experience teaching DT subject areas to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 level Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Be a motivated teacher who inspires your pupils and is keen to work with colleagues to develop the delivery of the DT curriculum Be innovative and resourceful when delivering curriculum. Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons Be flexible collaborative and resilient Have high expectations of your pupils, the school and yourself.How to Apply
