We are seeking a Teacher of the Deaf to lead and develop our specialist provision for children with Hearing Impairment and complex SEND needs. As our new Teacher of the Deaf, you will:

Strategically lead the Deaf Provision, working closely with the SENDCo, senior leadership, and external agencies.

Deliver personalised teaching and intervention for pupils with Hearing Impairment.

Use BSL confidently and fluently to ensure access to learning, communication, and social development.

Support and train mainstream staff in BSL, Deaf Awareness, and inclusive SEND strategies.

Monitor progress, assess needs, and develop targeted plans for pupils with Hearing Impairment and wider SEND needs.
