Your new role
Work daily with our Year 3/4 class, supporting learning across the curriculum Provide additional guidance to several children who are vulnerable and may require help with emotional regulation and behaviour Work closely with the class teacher and wider staff team to create a calm, nurturing and structured learning environment Support small-group and 1:1 activities as needed Contribute to the wellbeing, safety and progress of all pupils
