We are seeking a committed, compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school team, supporting our mixed Year 3/4 class on a full-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives on building positive relationships, brings patience and consistency to the classroom, and is confident supporting children with a range of needs.

Your new role

Work daily with our Year 3/4 class, supporting learning across the curriculum
Provide additional guidance to several children who are vulnerable and may require help with emotional regulation and behaviour
Work closely with the class teacher and wider staff team to create a calm, nurturing and structured learning environment
Support small-group and 1:1 activities as needed
Contribute to the wellbeing, safety and progress of all pupils
