Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher and wider team in delivering engaging lessons and activities Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies Encourage independence, communication, and confidence in pupils Help with classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials Monitor and record pupil progress to support ongoing assessment
