Job Description
Our client, a leading research organisation, whose research is very influential in informing public policy and shaping debate across various critical areas are seeking a proactive Team Assistant.
\n\nThey have a global influence, with a small but highly effective team. Last year our client hosted over 20 high-level events demonstrating both their influence and their ability to bring together leading voices. The team works from stunning offices in central London. The team are at capacity, and such need exceptional support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation and work closely with some of the brightest minds. The successful Team Assistant will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations across the organisation.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n- \n\t
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and scheduling \n\t
- Book travel arrangements for the team \n\t
- Prepare and circulate documents and reports \n\t
- Conduct research and maintain databases \n
Event Support
\n\n- \n\t
- Assist the Events Manager with planning and logistics \n\t
- Manage guest lists and send invitations \n\t
- Support on-site event execution, including guest registration \n\t
- Some out-of-hours work may occasionally be required \n
Office Operations
\n\n- \n\t
- Monitor office supply levels and liaise with vendors \n\t
- Ensure meeting rooms and public areas are kept pristine \n
Front Desk Support
\n\n- \n\t
- Provide cover for Front of House when needed \n\t
- Handle phone calls, post, and deliveries \n\t
- Maintain immaculate front-of-house \n
Requirements:

- Bright, organised, and proactive \n
- \n\t
- Warm, helpful, and generous with their time \n\t
- Discreet, composed and professionally presented \n\t
- Comfortable working within a professional, high-achieving environment \n\t
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative \n\t
- Interested in the bigger questions around society, economics, and public policy \n\t
- Please note this is an office-based role \n
