Working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines, you will provide proactive administrative and coordination support. You will be trusted to manage tasks independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure information and processes are accurate, organised, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities include managing general administrative activities such as correspondence, meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions, as well as liaising with internal and external contacts. You will produce, proofread, and format high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring consistency and attention to detail. You will also maintain databases and logs, supporting effective data management, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving to help improve workflows and efficiency.
Key Job Requirements: • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within the architecture, engineering, or construction sector • Ability to manage multiple tasks or support different teams simultaneously • Strong organisational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business software • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Familiarity with RIBA work stages and architectural workflows desirable • Knowledge of project management software desirable
