The Technical Architect Job in Shoreditch, London reports directly to the Directors within a collaborative, non-hierarchical studio environment. Role & Responsibilities Deliver projects through RIBA Stages 4-7 with full technical responsibilityProduce detailed tender and construction packages including drawings, schedules and specificationsCoordinate consultants and manage information flow across the design teamLead tender processes alongside Quantity SurveyorsConduct site inspections and manage contractor queries and RFIsAdminister JCT contracts including instructions and certificatesEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and current legislationMaintain high standards of technical detailing using ArchiCAD BIM workflows Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2+ years' UK experience in high-end residential architectureProven delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 4-7Strong technical detailing and construction knowledgeExperience producing coordinated tender and construction informationSolid understanding of UK Building RegulationsExperience administering JCT contractsAdvanced ArchiCAD skills and BIM coordination experienceExcellent communication skills with clients, consultants and contractorsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlinesEligibility to work permanently in the UK Salary & Benefits 45,000 - 50,00020+ days annual leave plus bank holidaysAdditional day off for your birthdayFlexible working hours with a trust-based cultureProfit‑sharing bonus schemeTraining and professional development budgetRegular team socials and monthly lunchesShoreditch, London office location with a collaborative studio environment Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
