Job Description
Tradition is the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products. CFT is represented in over 28 countries, employing over 2,500 people.

Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Technical Delivery Manager within our Market Data team to be based in our London office.
Main responsibilities within the Technical Delivery Manager position include:
End-to-End SDLC Management – Lead and coordinate all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with internal governance, change control, and quality standards.
QA & Release Management – Oversee testing and release processes, ensuring defect resolution and compliance with functional, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Technical Project Delivery – Drive delivery of cross-functional technical initiatives, including platform upgrades, internal tool rollouts, and security enhancements, in partnership with infrastructure and operations teams.
Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as the central point of contact across business, technology, and governance functions, ensuring clear communication, status reporting, and timely issue escalation.
Continuous Improvement – Proactively identify and implement enhancements to delivery processes, aiming to improve quality, efficiency, and team collaboration.
Key skills and experience required in this role:
Proven end-to-end technical delivery across the full SDLC, ideally within market data or data-centric applications.
Strong Agile delivery skills, including sprint planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination across cross-functional teams.
Experience managing project budgets, timelines, QA processes, release cycles, and compliance with IT governance (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001).
Demonstrated ability in solution design, testing methodologies, and clear, business-aligned requirements analysis.
Solid technical understanding of system architecture, messaging platforms, and industry protocols (e.g., FIX, XML, JSON).
5+ years’ experience in technology-led environments, supported by relevant qualifications or practical experience in project and delivery management.
