Technical Operations Manager Oxford Location: Oxford | Salary: £60,000£65,000

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single-site facility in Oxford. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of engineers and ensuring all engineering and maintenance tasks are delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage a small engineering team, providing leadership, guidance, and support Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services Carry out engineering tasks as required, maintaining a hands-on approach Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, including PPMs Liaise with stakeholders and contractors as required Requirements: Technically qualified (electrical, mechanical, or M&E preferred) Proven experience managing a small team within a technical/engineering xehkeey environment Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance, and compliance standards Excellent communication and organisational skills Salary: £60,000£65,000 A great opportunity for a technically skilled manager to take full ownership of a single-site operation in Oxford and lead a committed team.
