Location: Oxford | Salary: £60,000£65,000

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single-site facility in Oxford. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of engineers and ensuring all engineering and maintenance tasks are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small engineering team, providing leadership, guidance, and support
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services
• Carry out engineering tasks as required, maintaining a hands-on approach
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, including PPMs
• Liaise with stakeholders and contractors as required

Requirements:

• Technically qualified (electrical, mechanical, or M&E preferred)
• Proven experience managing a small team within a technical/engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary: £60,000£65,000
