With several projects in flight and more on the horizon, we’re looking for aTechnical Product Managerwho combines delivery discipline with product strategy and a passion for scaling innovation. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving project success, ensuring software quality, and helping shape the wider business through both technical and non-technical initiatives.
The Role
As our Technical Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of our digital products—owning the roadmap, leading Agile ceremonies, validating product quality, and driving the successful launch of SaaS software to market. You will also contribute to business-wide improvements by applying your project management experience in both technical and operational domains and conducting effective business analysis to shape decision-making.
This is a role for a versatile, assertive, and hands-on professional—someone equally confident defining a product strategy, leading a sprint review, speaking with customers, or helping resolve operational blockers in a non-technical function.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—developers, stakeholders, commercial leads, and eventually, a growing delivery function built around your leadership. We followAgile methodologyand expect this mindset to be actively championed in all projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent technical and business-oriented projects.
- Manage full project lifecycles—from discovery to go-live—with a focus on SaaS delivery.
- Define and own the product roadmap aligned to business goals and user needs.
- Apply business analysis techniques to elicit requirements, define processes, and support decision-making across departments.
- Collaborate with development teams to refine features, priorities, and timelines.
- Act as Scrum Master: run stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Ensure QA standards are maintained using tools such as Postman, Selenium, or similar.
- Maintain clear project documentation aligned to SDLC best practices.
- Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks, resolving them proactively.
- Work across departments to align technical and non-technical project stakeholders.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for SaaS products including readiness, communication, and launch planning.
- Support recruitment, mentoring, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.
- Drive continuous learning, innovation, and Agile adoption across the business.
Who You Are
- A product leader withhands-on experience managing both technical and operational projects.
- Solid background inbusiness analysis, requirement elicitation, and process documentation.
- Proven track record deliveringSaaS products to market, from planning to launch.
- Strong QA knowledge, with experience using tools like Postman, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Excellent understanding ofAgile methodology, ideally as a certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
- An assertive and proactive communicator who can translate between business needs and technical teams.
- Comfortable being hands-on—whether that’s writing test cases or unblocking a sprint.
- A strategic thinker who is also execution focused.
Nice to Haves
- Scrum Master certification or other Agile qualifications.
- Experience working in or leading product, QA, or delivery teams.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to compliance or data governance in SaaS environments.
