Specialist recruiter for leadership roles in Digital Product Teams. Founder and MD of Zebra People. Co-Founder of Now/ Next/ Product. Outside of IR35 - 6mth initial contract - £650 a day.
Our client, a leading education provider, is entering an exciting new phase of growth, attracting thousands more students each year and expanding into new verticals and markets globally. The Product & Technology organisation is evolving rapidly, driving the transformation of digital learning platforms and experiences to support this ambitious growth trajectory.
Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you''ll lead the delivery of cutting-edge learning management systems, reporting platforms, and supporting technologies that underpin world-class teaching and learning experiences. You''ll be accountable for the complete lifecycle - from definition and delivery through to operational performance and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete product management cycle: opportunity assessment, ideation, validation, delivery, migration, and ongoing optimisation
- Execute strategic vision through user insight and data analysis, aligned with broader business objectives and metrics
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop products aligned with our technology strategy while minimising technical debt
- Serve as subject matter expert for product metrics and champion experimental approaches, including MVT techniques
- Drive test-and-learn methodologies using data and insights
- Superior technical and business analysis capabilities
- API and data modelling experience
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and GenAI technologies
- Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and cloud platforms (AWS experience preferred)
- Proven track record implementing video, content, or learning management platforms
- LMS, LRS, or LCMS experience is advantageous

- Experience leading product development within cross-functional delivery teams
- Demonstrable ability to connect product development with company-wide objectives
- Proven ability to define solutions through methodical, data-driven approaches
- Obsession with continuous learning and improvement
- Always reflecting on how to drive key product KPIs and enhance market understanding
