As a key member of our technical support team, this critical role will be instrumental in documenting all system-related changes in Salesforce to establish the foundation for business-as-usual function for system enhancements. This individual will also play a key part in translating complex legal and compliance requirements into actionable technical specifications for software development engineers. This is a functional and process-oriented role, requiring precise documentation and clear communication.
