Technical Services Manager (M&E – Mechanical Bias)

City of London | Permanent | £75,000 - £110,000 plus package

We’re an exciting, fast-growing Design & Build fit out main contractor specialising in high-end commercial office interiors. With a strong pipeline of prestigious projects, we’re looking to appoint a Technical Services Manager to play a key role in both work winning and project delivery.

The Role

This is a pivotal position within the business, leading M&E strategy from tender stage through to handover. You’ll work closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure technically robust, commercially sound, and buildable solutions.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically biased with strong all-round M&E knowledge and experience in commercial office fit out.

Key Responsibilities

Technical lead for M&E during tenders and bids

Supporting work winning, value engineering and bid interviews

Managing M&E design development on live projects

Coordinating consultants and specialist subcontractors

Resolving technical issues and supporting site teams

Overseeing commissioning and handover processes

About You

5+ Years experience as a Technical Services Manager

Mechanical bias with solid electrical awareness

Background in D&B commercial office fit out (CAT A / CAT B)

Proven experience in tendering & work winning

Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
