About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical services Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering high-profile projects across London . This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the industry’s most reputable names, on complex schemes across commercial, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health installations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of MEP services from pre-construction through to handover Liaise with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure coordinated delivery Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and company standards Provide technical leadership and support across multiple packages Monitor and report on programme, cost, and quality progress Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover processes Champion health & safety across all MEP works
