Your new role

As a Senior Technical Services Manager, you'll be responsible for conducting visual site surveys and producing detailed technical reports with clear descriptions and actionable recommendations. This is not a maintenance auditing role - it's about technical insight, client interaction, and strategic reporting.

Conduct 2 site surveys per week (on average), primarily within the M25, with occasional travel further afield (expenses covered). Produce 2 high-quality reports per week, based on your observations and professional judgement. Work remotely, with flexibility, but be available to attend the Kings Cross office during onboarding and for team collaboration. Join a tight-knit team of 6 senior engineers, all experts in their field.
