Job Description
We’re recruiting an Technical Support Analyst for a growing real estate organisation. This role is central to keeping internal systems running smoothly, supporting users, subcontractors, and clients, and contributing to ongoing technology improvements.
You’ll be pinitol in the application support, while assisting with the companies data and 1st/2nd line support, manage tickets, create documentation, deliver user training, and work with cross‑functional teams to enhance systems and user experience. There are also opportunities to support new tech implementations and project work.
What we’re looking for:
Strong technical troubleshooting skills Experience with ticketing/help‑desk systems Ability to create clear technical documentation Confident delivering user training (in person & virtual) Excellent communication and attention to detail Full UK driving licence
