Join our Development team as a Technical Writer – AVP and play a key role in shaping the way we communicate our software solutions. What You’ll Do: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation across the software development lifecycle. Translate code and technical specifications into clear, accessible documents for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with developers and management to capture business requirements and technical details. Guide teams in understanding application architecture, UI design, business data, and internal procedures. Facilitate onboarding and knowledge-sharing sessions for new and existing team members. Ensure documentation aligns with JRIE’s Change Management Control procedures and QA standards.
