A brand-new opportunity for a Technology Consultant to join a leading global professional services organisation, supporting major Energy & Utilities clients in delivering complex technology and business transformation programmes.


This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, large-scale programmes, and a collaborative global delivery environment. You’ll work across strategy, design, and implementation, helping clients modernise their operations and solve real industry challenges.


What You'll Do as a Technology Consultant:

  • Contribute to major transformation programmes across the Energy & Utilities sector, supporting the design and delivery of technology-enabled change.
  • Break down complex technical or business topics into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders.
  • Provide functional and technical input across solution design, build, test, and deployment.
  • Drive high-quality delivery, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supporting teams across global locations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them in client engagements.


What We're Looking For in a Technology Consultant:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the Energy or Utilities sector, with an understanding of current industry challenges and trends.
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes (ERP, CRM, or similar).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery approaches.
  • Understanding of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) or SaaS platforms (Salesforce).
  • Industry or programme management certifications.
  • High technical and emotional intelligence.
