Location: Hybrid (London) | Full-time

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 DOE

Commission: Up to 40%

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Technology Recruitment Consultant to support growing demand across either Software, Platform, AI, ML, and Data Engineering.


This is a true 360 role, combining delivery excellence with commercial ownership. You’ll run technical searches end-to-end while also helping grow your own client portfolio.

What You’ll Be Responsible For


Delivery

  • Leading end-to-end searches across Software, Platform, AI, ML, and Data Engineering
  • Partnering with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers to shape role briefs
  • Writing high-quality, tailored outreach to technical candidates
  • Engaging active and passive talent markets
  • Managing structured hiring processes with an exceptional candidate experience


Business Development

  • Identifying and engaging high-potential start-ups and scale-ups
  • Attending discovery calls and contributing to client strategy
  • Supporting and eventually leading pitches and proposals
  • Building long-term relationships within your market


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in technical recruitment
  • Experience hiring across either Software, Platform, AI, ML, or Data
  • Comfortable speaking credibly with engineers
  • Experience in fast-paced environments (start-up, scale-up, or high-performing agency)
  • High standards around quality, communication, and delivery
  • Commercially curious and motivated by building something
