Were delivering a range of refurbishment and improvement schemes across social housing properties, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, wet room installations, and accessibility improvement works. Youll be the vital link between our construction teams and the residents we serve ensuring a smooth, respectful, and informed experience for all. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for tenants before, during, and after construction works

Carry out home visits and resident consultations to explain scope of works and timescales

Coordinate access arrangements and resolve any scheduling or access issues
