Join one of the UK’s leading national contractors as a Tenant Liaison Officer, supporting residents across Affordable Housing refurbishment projects in and around Manchester.

We’re delivering a range of refurbishment and improvement schemes across social housing properties, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, wet room installations, and accessibility improvement works. You’ll be the vital link between our construction teams and the residents we serve – ensuring a smooth, respectful, and informed experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for tenants before, during, and after construction works

Carry out home visits and resident consultations to explain scope of works and timescales

Coordinate access arrangements and resolve any scheduling or access issues

Address tenant concerns empathetically and promptly

Ensure residents feel supported, informed, and respected throughout the refurbishment process
