Identify and convert new business opportunities (including digital leads and self‑generated prospects) Build and maintain strong relationships across your territory—from operational contacts to senior decision makers Conduct structured business reviews and create joint business plans that support long‑term partnerships Increase customer pallet volumes by converting white pallet users to CHEP solutions Win back business from competitors and expand customer spend year‑on‑year Build and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline across strategic product areas

What we’re looking for

Full UK driving licence 5+ years’ experience in business development, territory sales, account management, or a similar field‑based commercial role Proven track record in lead generation, sales conversion, and territory growthStrong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels Confident in presenting, negotiating, and delivering customer‑facing reviews Ability to understand customer pain points, ideally within supply chain or operational environments
